D-256 is a 5th generation quaternary ammonium compound. Broad spectrum, no-rinse and hard surface hospital grade disinfectant cleaner that disinfects & cleans in one step. D-256 delivers effective biocidal action against bacteria, fungi, mycobacteria, viruses and spores on hard surfaces.

D-256 will effectively kill and control the growth of mold and mildew plus the odour caused by them, when applied to hard and non porous surfaces.

Quat-Based, Aldehyde-Free Rapid Disinfectant in 30 sec

Microkleen is a ready-to-use, disinfectant cleaner and deodorant designed for rapid disinfection. It controls mold and mildew on hard, nonporous surfaces found in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, medical offices, laboratories, veterinary clinics, food processing plants and pharmaceutical industries.Highly effective against a wide variety of pathogenic microorganisms including bacteria, antibiotic resistant bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold and mildew. CDC on Alcohol Concentration

Alcohols are rapidly bactericidal rather than bacteriostatic against vegetative forms of bacteria; they are tuberculocidal, fungicidal, and virucidal but do not destroy bacterial spores. Their cidal activity drops sharply when diluted below 50% concentration, and the optimum bactericidal concentration is 60%–90% solutions in water as per CDC Guideline, 2008.

Waterless Disinfection

Hospital Infection control policy recommends surface of machines and monitors need to be disinfected every day. ECG Monitors, C.T. Scaners, MRI machine, Infusion Pump, X-ray machines, etc require water free disinfectant for disinfection. Microkleen spray is an ideal product to use as an emergency disinfectant for OT tables, Endoscopy table, OPD examination table, tray, tolley & stretchers, Wheel chair near the patients as it provides disinfection in 30 secs. Immediate disinfection due to Alcohol ( 1-propanol and 2- propanol : total 75gms ) and residual disinfection effect due to presence of DDAC, ADBA & Poly –hexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride.

Microkleen SPL

Surface and environmental disinfectant and cleaner

Microkleen SPL is supplied as a concentrate. Prepare use – solutions with cold water. Completely wet the washable surface (e. g. floors) with an adequate amount of solution.

Areas of Application

Microkleen SPL is suitable for the cleaning surface disinfection of washable surface using the wet-wipe procedure, for example: for medical devices and inventory, which come under the Medical Device Directive in hospital and residential / nursing homes, particularly for all functional areas (acc. to BPD) for areas in the pharmaceutical Industry that are relevant to hygiene (acc. to BPD) in laboratories and the cosmetic industry (acc. to BPD)

Mode of Use

High Risk Areas :- ICU, ICCU, Oncology Dept., OT, Minor OT Trauma Care, AKD, Neo – Natal Dept., Pharmaceutical Sterile Sections etc. Wet, Mop over all critical areas & surface,

Non Critical Areas : Ward, Corridors, OPDs, Clinics, Mobile Units, Laboratories, Dental Clinics, etc. in-between Cases, for Emergency Disinfections. Add 25ml. to 50ml. of Microkleen SPL to 10 Litre (2/3 bucket) of tap water to get 0.25% to 0.5% solution.

Spray or mop Microkleen SPL on exposed surfaces, keeping wet for 10-20 mins for optimum results.
Microkleen SPL can be used in Fogging Care Machine when used in 1% or less than 1% dilution.

Mode of Application

General Purpose Cleaner-Disinfectant

The One Step Cleaner, removes and cleans bathtub rings, dirt, grease, grime, hard water stains, soap scum, mildew stains and mold stains.

Public places comes with an Non-abrasive formula will not scratch surfaces Great On Glazed Ceramic, Glazed Porcelain, Vinyl, Synthetic Marble, Chrome/Stainless Steel Fixtures, Enamel, Fiberglass Fixtures, Glass, Metal and Hard Plastic. For other surface, spot test in an inconspicuous area.

Directions For Use

To Clean / Deodorize. Wipe off with a clean cloth or sponge.

To Clean Soap Scum : Allow product to sit 15-20 seconds to penetrate soil before wiping clean. Repeat if necessary.

To Control and Prevent the Growth of Mold & Mildew : Apply to pre-cleaned Surface. Let surface remain wet for 3 minutes before wiping. Repeat application at weekly intervals or when mold and mildew growth appears. Rinse all surface that come in contact with food with potable water before reuse. Rinse bathtub / shower surface with water after using product. Does not harm most restroom surfaces.

Virokleen

High Level Surface Disinfectant

Virokleen is indicated wherever there is a need for safe, effective, infection control in all hospital and laboratory situation.

Application for surface disinfection and aerial disinfection

Areas include – Hospital complex, operating rooms, ICU, cathlabs, burns ward, NICU, etc.
Hospital equipments such as OT light, OT table, ICU beds etc

Directions For Use

To prepare 1% solution

Using the above table :- Take a required volume of lukewarm water. Add appropriate quantity of virokleen powder. Mix the solution. Allow the powder to dissolve until the solution turns clear pink in color. Discard soultion either once the color is lost, or after 7 days from date of preparation.
